Our brand ambassador position is designed for prospective employees with all types of backgrounds and experiences, however, it would be the best fit for candidates from either retail, hospitality, or entertainment background.

The person must have excellent verbal communication skills, the ability to fit into a fast-paced environment, and a passion for learning and adapt to different scenarios. Brand Ambassadors are the face of our clients’ brands so it is important that are proficient at engaging with the public on a daily basis and a people person.

“You need more experience”, sound familiar? If you are somebody that is still in college looking for part time experience alongside their degree or have just graduated looking for their first step into the corporate world then this would be a good match.

Our interns go through a rotational program where they would undergo two segments of training; shadowing/participating in our live marketing campaigns and learning more leadership qualities to put on their resume (Interviewing, training, public speaking, running business trips). All of our internships are paid and receive full mentorship daily from a member of staff for an immersive work experience!

As a team leader you are vital part of helping the management team achieve its desired targets for our clients. For that reason you will be appointment with some important responsibilities in order to make sure that the day to day operations run smoothly here at Auspiciouss!

As a team leader, your duties will include the following:

  • Training new employees daily
  • Managing a team and reporting back KPI’s to more senior management.
  • Run and oversee business trips
  • Conduct weekly meetings with your team
    You may also conduct interviews with employment candidates and performance assessments of your employees.

Our goal here at Auspiciouss is to expand too many different markets in the USA having already conquered multiple markets in the UK. The brand manager is the ‘glue’ that holds these expansions together as they are all trained in house by experienced senior management with at least 8 years worth of experience in the marketing field!

A brand manager has many different responsibilities which will contain the following:

  • Supervising and managing one of our locations either locally in Florida or a different state/country
  • Overseeing financial reporting and conducting pay roll
    Hiring and training staff to grow our clients revenue, market share & brand awareness
  • Running daily meetings & attending client meetings
  • Reporting back to clients
  • Mentoring staff members daily
  • Improving operations for the company, anywhere from logistics to social media content
